Medication Therapy Management (MTM) allows us to help you understand your medication schedule with a medication review with our team. We will work with you to ensure that you have a thorough understanding of how, when, and why you should take your medicine. We can work on simplifying your regimen and decrease side effects, check for drug interactions, try to find less expensive alternatives, and answer any of your questions.
